EFT is pleased to announce ENIG per IPC 4552, ENEPIG per IPC 4556 and Quality System as AS 9003 re-approval from Lockheed Martin.
Other previously approved processes include: Gold Plate per ASTM B488 Type 1, 2, 3; Nickel Plate per AMS-QQ-N-290 Class 1 & Class 2, Low Stress Nickel Plate per AMS 2424 (pcb only), and Chelmsford ENEPIG specification.
EFT is a Missile and Fire Control (MFC) approved supplier for Lockheed Martin.
